Shock Doctor offers a Dental Warranty on many of our mouthguards. To activate it, you must register your product on our official website within 30 days of purchase and keep your original receipt.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Can I return or exchange a mouthguard if it has been opened?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on mouthguards if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days.
