At Shock Doctor, we stand behind our protective gear and performance apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided; ensure all original tags are attached to the gear before packaging.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, affix the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
